Payment information

To secure an order, 50% advance payment is required as per the Import and export regulation of the Government of Nepal.

Moreover, before shipping the rest 50% payment should be settled. Above all, we cannot ship any order without receiving payment.

Meanwhile, we have to submit an advance payment certificate (APC) at the customs office while shipping. The banking institution, which issues the APC, only does so after receiving the payment.

Also, the options available are via Bank Transfer or opening an irrevocable LC in our favor. All bank charges outside Nepal must be borne by the buyer.

Export method and convenient Delivery

Nepal Export Company Pvt. Ltd. is a leading online exporter and has different choices of delivery options.

As per the client’s request, we deliver the goods both by sea and air shipment. For instance, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, FedEx are the leading courier company in Nepal.

Likewise, the shipping charge is based on weight/ volume, destination, airlines, etc. Also, costs are determined when confirming a successful order.

Generally, the goods on the stock have to be sent immediately. On the other hand, goods not present in the stock can take 7-30 days to send.

To clarify, it may take up to 30 days to send your orders from the date of confirmation. It is the case when goods are not available in stock.

Delivery charges

Cargo charges are based on total order weight, destination, and a class of service selected. You can select your cargo or courier agency yourself or best if you leave that work to us.

Above all, we promise to provide you with the best rates for cargo and courier.

For example, Orders weighing up to 48 Kg have to be sent by courier (DHL, TNT, Skynet, FedEx, and UPS).

For +48 kg goods, air cargo will be good at a reasonable price.

Customs & import taxes

1. (1) Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
2. (2) Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes, or other customs related charges.
3. (3) Import duties, taxes, or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
4. (4) Exporters are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. (5) During global trade extra costs and delays are expected.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

NEC is dedicated to supplying you with quality products, but faults (damaged or defective) may happen while delivery.

In such cases, contact us with a genuine reason within 72 hours of delivery received. If not, claims will no need to be settled.

Return Policy

1. (1) Products are to be returned (office address) as it is along with the original form and packaging. The customer must ensure that the products will no further damage. Else, refund/ exchange will not have to be initiated. Also, all related expenses (handling and shipping) must be borne by the customer.
2. (2) Do not accept/ receive the seal broken product. Instead, return the same to the delivery executive as soon as possible. Note: unsealed pack shipments are not accepted as returns when customers refuse to take delivery.
3. (3) The period to return the faulty products is 7 days. Else, the customer will have to accept the product.
4. (4) Replacement offer for the returned products is available. You can expect a similar product. If not available, the customer can get an equivalent amount (minus shipping & tax charges).

Cancellation Policy

1. (1) Cancellations request made within 48 hours of placing an order is valid. Also, if the orders are in the shipping process, the cancellation requests will not be entertained.
2. (2) There can be cases of a mismatch between the actual product, and the product on the website. In such cases, send us a notice within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. (3) Customers can call or email customer care. Mention the details of the product and the reasons for canceling the order.
